This was the first time we have had to file a claim with MMG. We were pleasantly surprised at the speed, accuracy, and professional manner in which the claim was handled. The Adjuster was thorough and quick and very pleasant, even joking with me (after I made a joke about) my misfiling of certain documents. While the loss was not a “pleasure”, having it handled by MMG was a pleasure.
