The article, “Insurance is a Fun Career! Just Consider the Zombies and Bacon” highlights some of the unique approaches to recruiting and retaining young professionals – recognizing MMG’s highly successful video “The Intern” for its success as a viral hit and a real world solution to dispelling the myths and stereotypes that plague the insurance industry.
Driven by the impact and success of the first video, MMG challenged its intern program participants to create a new video the following year, which led to “Mission Insurable“. The videos have become a fresh spin on the industry, inspired by and designed to attract the millennial workforce.
